We believe we can change the world to be a better place. Not just locally but also globally. We are ordinary people who believe we can do the extraordinary with the love of Christ. We put our faith in action and it's contagious!
We provide opportunities through both short-term mission trips and on going support of missionaries abroad.
We encourage you to be involved through, prayer, support, and would ask you to consider going on a trip yourself. We will prepare, teach, and equip you with what you need to go an be affective hands and feet of God for what may be a life changing experience.
In Our Own backyard
Mission work isn't just about traveling abroad. It starts in our own backyard by serving the needs of our own community. Journey is actively engaged in pursuing many local service opportunities from reaching out to various homeless shelters to addressing the needs of our very own.
"Making the most of every opportunity for God’s kingdom is a mindset. If our strongest desire is to please God and know His heart then we can see in the Bible that God’s heart is with the people He created."
- Amy Shved, missionary to the Ukraine

Joshua Phillips who recently finished his Masters in Ministry and was ordained into ministry will be going back to Chile to start a new church! His wife, three kids and himself will certainly make an impact there in 2010.
The dream for Chile is to create a church much like our own. Chile is a very traditional/religious/superstitious country, and there is a true need for a church that is opened minded, energetic and straight forward about Christ.
Pray for Journey in Chile - 2010 will be a breakthrough year for Chile!
